The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and team-orientedFull Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting position and essential management role, providing leadership, staff support and team work to ensure that the standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis at Parker.
Some of your daily tasks as Housekeeping Supervisor at Parker includes providing leadership and guidance to the housekeeping staff through ongoing supervision, staffing support and education, ensuring that quality standards are met by inspecting work, testing equipment and investigating and documenting occurrences, and acting as a key member of the team to work with other departments and solve problems.
This position is a key supervisory role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact on the staff and the residents we care for, and offers a significant personal and professional opportunity to join a world-renowned health care organization.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least (3) three years of prior supervisory experience, and prior experience in a healthcare setting, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work varying shifts and weekends as needed. Additionally, all candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
