Summary: The Installation Supervisor will manage a team of direct reports in the installation, maintenance, provisioning, dispatch, and testing and/or turn up activities in and outside our customer’s homes and businesses to install or repair high-speed fiber-based broadband, video, Wi-Fi and voice services and ensure that all functions of their job are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Manages overall team performance by identifying performance trends, gaps and opportunities for coaching, training, growth, development and recognizing success
- Plans, organizes, and directs all operations with respect to installation and repair services
- Ensures that all functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company commitments
- Utilizes leadership capabilities to support technicians by removing roadblocks
- Handles or supports time reporting, payroll, and on-call or vacation scheduling
- Conducts safety and quality inspections to ensure high quality and safe performance by technicians
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure technician workloads are efficient and enable them to meet our customer commitments
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints or service issues, working closely with other company divisions
- Handles all discipline and makes recommendations, such as suspension, based on company policy and with the support of HR
- Receives technician issues and resolves them as appropriate
- This position may be responsible for contributing to corporate compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function
- Manage and track inventory, materials and equipment as needed
- Determine labor requirements and engage with Human Resources to recruit, hire and/or re-assign employees to ensure adequate staffing levels are met.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance set by customer.
- Investigate damage, accidents, emergencies and delays; determine and take action to mitigate impact
- Be familiar with Circet USA safety and quality programs
- Approves timecards and time off requests from employees
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of Network services installation and maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and training required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in managing people and projects strongly desired
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with no decline in customer service or quality control.

- Must be able to meet the physical limit requirements of personal protective equipment, aerial lift equipment, ladders and/or gaffs that may be used in this position.
