Supervisor, Managed Care Contracts/Insurance Cases

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the management and implementation of our Managed Care contracts with health insurance plans.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this key administrative role will be responsible for working closely to obtain new contracts across all of Parker's lines of business, complete credentialing/re-credentialing with Health Insurers, work across the company to inform departments and staff of current in-network insurances, and oversee Parker related insurance functions for acquiring and maintaining insurance coverage.

Position Qualifications

• College degree in Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Insurance/Managed Care field strongly preferred
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with government regulations for managed care plans
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
