Supervisor - Material Recovery Facility at Waste Management

The MRF Supervisor will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training up to 25 employees on their shift. Must be able to make decisions, communicate effectively, and work independently with little supervision. Seeking a candidate who is familiar working in a manufacturing or production environment with conveyors, balers, and similar equipment. The MRF Supervisor will work with our maintenance team to identify, coordinate, and schedule repairs. Familiarity in the process of working with recycled materials a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, occasional Saturdays and holidays depending on volume

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 per year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
