- POSITION SUMMARY
- Oversees and facilitates the day to day operational aspects of new construction and renovation projects. Operates independently and has the authority to make decision on day- to-day interaction and projects. Assures organizational standards and quality of workmanship is met while maintaining budget, scope and schedule parameters. Ensures project documents are complete and accurate.
- EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required:
- Associate degree in project management, construction management, engineering technology, electrical systems, HVAC systems with at least 5 years of field or related experience or at least 15 years of experience in one or more of these areas in a health care setting.
- Preferred:
- BS in engineering, architecture, construction, project management or equivalent
