Job DescriptionPurpose
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
The Digital Training Specialist is responsible for creating, producing and maintaining high-quality educational virtual training events, multi-media projects, mobile solutions and will participate in the planning and elevation of training materials and programs. This position involves close collaboration with your digital colleagues, SMEs and associates throughout the organization to ensure that educational solutions are accurate, comprehensive and applicable to the needs of the business.
Responsibilities

- Utilize information from SMEs to design digital training material, such as virtual classrooms, training videos and multi-media, training guides.
- Lead custom virtual training projects including coordination, planning & preparation and evaluation and quality improvement.
- Support the design, maintain and continually enhance virtual training spaces and equipment.
- Assure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures.
- Create or update training materials and media, such as video, interactive PDFs, training guides and job aids.
- Continuously improve training content by using methods and technology that will increase training engagement, quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain current with Digital trends and new technologies and work in collaboration with IT (BTS) network engineering teams to co-create high-quality training experiences.
Qualifications
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
- B.S./BA in Design, Graphic Arts, Multi-Media, Communications, Technology or sufficient and transferable experience to demonstrate equivalence.
- Minimum of 4 years of multi-media production, design, agency or related experience.
- Experience with producing high-quality video streaming, stage production and audio training or related experiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Creatively adaptable to changing business opportunities.
- Must possess and demonstrate abilities to train others on technology, prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively interact and develop constructive and cooperative relationships with subject matter experts and other business partners.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
