Supervisor - Tower Mobility

Tower Mobility/WAV is a large transportation company servicing people with disabilities. We have partnered with ride share companies to provide wheelchair-accessible rides on their platforms.

Tower WAV is hiring a Full-Time Supervisor to help oversee and assist the Washington D.C. branch operations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who is able to identify things that need to be attended to independently. This is a key position in operations, as a Supervisor you would be making sure the fleet vehicles are regularly maintained and collaborate with employees and branch managers to implement processes that will help run the operations smoothly. To be eligible for this position you would have to be tech savvy (familiar with windows OS, G-suite apps, operate android OS fluidly), possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work weekends, evenings, pass drug and background checks throughout the course of the employment. Experience in management or as supervisor is preferred but not mandatory. Below are some non-exhaustive work duties you would expect as a supervisor at Tower WAV:

• Train new hires on Wheelchair and sensitivity training.
• Keep maintenance logs and take vehicles to mechanic for repairs and maintenance.
• Take vans to Car washes and keep vans interiors clean.
• Maintain daily logs and monitor driver workflows through various dashboards.
• Troubleshoot key dispatch.
• Order tows and co-ordinate with drivers during accidents and vehicle failures.
• Communicate with managers and drivers and receive feedback regularly.
• Enforce parking lot rules and Tower WAV policies.
• Keep stock of office supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
