For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-13.Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience providing leadership an overview of work life and benefits programs.Experience evaluating programs or office functions and recommending more efficient and effective policies and procedures.Experience demonstrating supervisory duties, including performance management, planning and allocating work, and assessing training needs for the staff.Experience in applying broad benefits human resources principles, practices, regulations and policies.

This is a Non Bargaining Unit position.

Supervisory Probationary Period-If selected, you may be required to complete an initial one-year supervisory probationary period.
