DutiesAs a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead, direct and supervise a team supporting the DCSA counterintelligence (CI) cyber mission
- Set the direction, organizational goals, and priorities of teams' efforts in accordance with the DCSA, Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate, and Cyber Mission Center (CMC) mission, vision, and strategic goals
- Oversee the project management and planning of time-sensitive schedules concerning deployment of DCSA specialized programs.
- Assist in the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and communication of cyber programs, procedures, and tools.
- Serve as the CI focal point concerning cybersecurity and ensures program compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements; oversees development and preparation of assessment documentation and obtains authorization approvals from the Authorizing Official before operating new systems.
- Serve as a DCSA CI Cyber Portfolio Manager; review major DCSA IT investments for consistency with DCSA/DoD strategies, capital plans, and enterprise architectures through key representation at various agency meetings and governance boards
Ensure investments are properly resourced, funded, and meet specified programmatic requirements; perform cost-benefit analysis for all proposed procurements and is instrumental in decision-making to support funding for new initiatives.
- Formulate recommendations concerning requirements and/or modifications of proposed IT/cyber capabilities and organizational changes and or major changes to workforce structure, recruiting, hiring, and retention, resource allocation, and operational guidance.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US citizenSelective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service

Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Expert experience collaborating across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals
Expert experience supervising personnel, setting direction, and developing subordinates
Expert experience managing and supporting multiple programs/projects
Experience conducting requirements analysis and translating functional requirements into system requirements
Knowledge and experience with budgeting, contracting and procurement processes and actions
Expert experience with Cybersecurity, IT concepts, principles, operations, and practices to develop new information technology (IT) and information management (IM) methods, approaches, or procedures.Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
