As the Supplier Marketing & Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-first vision. Collaborating closely with sales and product management, you'll craft and execute strategic initiatives for specific product lines, driving sales performance and ensuring optimal inventory management, pricing, and market strategies.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Cultivating impactful relationships with suppliers to drive mutual success.
• Collaborating with sales and product management to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
• Mastering commodity strategies and supplier policies to maximize profitability.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and customer needs.
• Assessing current product line performance and exploring new expansion opportunities.
• Providing tailored training sessions to the sales team on product lines.
• Partnering with Sales to secure major sales opportunities.
• Traveling and presenting to suppliers, typically 1-2x per quarter.

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales within electronics distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$105,000 - $150,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
