As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Specific responsibilities:
- Core pillar of responsibility for this roll is inventory systems accuracy. Data between Client’s ERP system and POS system must maintain 100% inventory sync at the Store/SKU level.
- Manage shipping dashboard to cross functional departments
- Create and manage new item launch tracker. Identifying, communicating, and closing gaps on any potential roadblocks for successful new item launches
- Accountable for inventory discrepancy reporting and resolution. Candidate responsible for cross functional communication in closing out discovered discrepancies.
- POS inbound receipt cleanup, ensuring no duplicate PO’s. ERP matching POS
- Build and maintain sales and refund database. Database to include daily sync reporting, inventory discrepancy tracking, systems error tracking, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining Master item data, including:
- POS item setup data – consistent descriptions, category hierarchy, etc.
- 3rd Party SAP item setups
- Data mapping (POS data into internal reporting systems)
- Partner with process improvement and retail tech teams for UAT of any systems improvement projects
Background & Competencies Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-6 years of directly related experience is required
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionalities
- Experience with Tableau/PowerPoint/other tools for summary and executive level reporting
- Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system preferred
- Experience synthesizing and summarizing large amounts of Ad Hoc data for leadership reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual
