THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Product Set-Up and Commercialization this individual will be involved in various aspects of the LSB Product Commercialization process and Master Data creation/governance.
This role is responsible for the coordination and data entry management of Lifestyles' Customer Master Data (CMD) (throughout the lifecycle of the accounts). The role will be responsible for collecting, facilitating and monitoring the SAP Customer Master Data setup and workflow activities as well as initiating EDI implementation setup. This also includes facilitating CMD top off data collections, validating the completed Business Process Testing SAP data entry activities and supporting EDI CMD specific topics. The individual will also own and facilitate various tracking logs as well as creating and managing IT Cherwell tickets.
In addition to CMD work, the role will also be involved in new finished goods creation, assignment of UPCs, and some document management in SAP.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Primary contact for Lifestyles' Customer Master Data setup, management and knowledge source for CMD record data setup, data governance rules, creation and validation, as well as change management from active to discontinued SAP customer records.
Partner with Business Units, Shared Services and IT experts on aspects of data governance to include obsolete discontinuation strategies
Ensure data integrity and timely data setup from request form processing through top off data collection, submission of Cherwell setup requests and final validation ending in setup CMD PUSH notification to business, while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Represents Lifestyles CMD point of contact and administrative support on SAP CMD to ensure partnership with business SME's in SF and Racine, WI offices. This includes EDI CMD specific support, coordinating with various business teams on EDI setup for NEW Customer accounts, to include EDI DUNS mapping (SAP EDPAR)
Liaison with business process owners and business process testing to ensure timely CMD data exchange and SAP set-up completion milestones
Review new finished goods creation requests and assign appropriate UPC codes.
Attach created art files to existing SAP document records in SAP PLM.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated capabilities in data entry, problem solving and change management
Background with maintaining user documentation and Tracking logs
Strong interpersonal skills, face to face and over the phone/skype or zoom calls
Ability to stay cool and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize daily work
Curiosity to learn and understand how things work.
