JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for managing and overseeing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations between Operations, Sales, Outside Vendors, and Customer Service departments.
* Responsible for coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project and operational goals.
* Project Coordination:
* Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
* Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
* Liaise with functional leads to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including external vendors.
* Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
* Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.
* Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as needed.
* Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
* Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
* Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
* Identify and communicate any issues or problems that may arise during project execution.
* Implement solutions to keep projects on track.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree, Project Management certification, or related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system solutions (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, MS D365 or similar).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in a product manufacturing environment, including logistics is helpful
* Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
