Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator I will manage and oversee various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations between Operations, Sales, Outside Vendors, and Customer Service departments.&
This role involves coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to support both project and operational goals.&
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing projects.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.&
Collaborate with functional leads to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.&
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, including external vendors.&
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.&
Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as necessary.
Monitor and track project progress, addressing issues that arise.&
Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and that documentation is properly maintained.
Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.&
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Identify and address issues or problems that may arise during project execution.&
Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system solutions (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, MS D365 or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree, Project Management certification, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a product manufacturing environment, including logistics, is helpful.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
