OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Provide inventory management support to a network of 225+ Plasma Center locations, in relation to supply chain operations and analytics.
- Serve as a key contributor for supporting continuous ERP system activities occurring between BioLife, Takeda ERP Product Team, and 3rd party contracted support organizations, ensuring system continuity for NEW and EXISTING centers.
- Provide analytical support, KPI tracking, report building in Excel to be viewable in a Power BI framework.
- Incumbent proactively participates in processes improvement initiatives and makes recommendations for system refinements within the operations function.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide admin support for supplies analytics efforts via MS Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
- Support inventory compliance for a portion of BioLife Network through SAP ERP System.
- Support coordination efforts required for center network device and container shifts.
- Engage with both operations and new center project team to support various pre-opening center-related tasks.
- Represents the operation function in the area of information technology and systems.
- Develop understanding of all relevant purchasing/logistics processes to manage day-to-day activities such as open POs and inventory levels.
- Support program evaluation efforts and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate on improving operations performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel necessary w/competency in large data sets, demonstrated through Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SumIFs, and other such functions.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Essential:
- Minimum of two to five years professional experience.
- Must be proficient in utilizing modern software and hardware tools provided by Takeda for job success.
- Flexibility in work hours to support centers when needed (on occasion, may exceed 40 hours per week).
Desired:
- Three or more years of experience with: Logistics, Distribution/Supply operations, and ERP System management.

Bannockburn, ILU.S. Base Salary Range:
$67,900.00 - $106,700.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salaryoffered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
