Title: Supply Chain Analyst - Part-Time/Intern

Position Purpose: Imbed with various teams across the extended Supply Chain, driving key business functions and process improvements to further company objectives.
*the internship is hybrid, with the potential for remote*
Principle Accountabilities
The Supply Chain Analyst will gain exposure to a variety of teams, completing day-to-day tasks and working on long-term, cross-functional projects - opportunities could include, but not be limited to:
· Demand Planning
o Participate in demand reviews (provide data/trend analysis)
o Monitor forecast system alerts
o Assist with reporting for S&OP and various cross-functional projects
· Supply Planning
o Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movement
o Perform root-cause analysis relating to on-time service, excess inventory, etc.
o Improve warehouse mapping process for customer-warehouse relationship
· Procurement
o Support for supplier meetings (preparing data for purchase history, volumes, spend, competitive info., etc.)
o Develop tracking and documentation for compliance with supplier onboarding
o Distribution channel mapping (raw materials, suppliers, countries of origin, areas of leverage)
· Logistics
o Support company transportation needs (process, escalation, cost savings opportunities)
o Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sites
o Develop updated process documentation
· E-Fulfillment
o Global replenishment - manage intercompany signals to supply E-Fulfill customers
o Logistics support for E-Fulfill peak season
o Manage product transitions (demand forecasting, supply planning)
Essential Skills and Experience
· Active pursuit of Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R)
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess a strong "customer service" attitude.
- Clear, articulate oral communication skills projected with confidence, as well as the ability to listen, understand, and comprehend other coworkers while portraying a professional and positive attitude.
- Willing to learn new skills, knowledge, and techniques
