Supply Chain Management- Intern - Bosch Group

Welcome to the Power Solutions Division of Robert Bosch, LLC! With some 16,500 associates and more than 20 locations around the world we have for more than 50 years been providing solutions for the electrical actuation of a wide variety of automotive applications.

The Supply Chain Management Intern will be responsible for the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Material planning analysis, ensuring inventory in according to internal policy, monitor and confirm material availability including deviations (i.e., demand fluctuation, inventory discrepancies, critical stock). 
• Send releases to suppliers in according to internal processes, and track problems for issues during transit.  This would include issues with trucks, customs or receiving at the plant. 
• Coverage report analysis, overstock or low stock, escalation in time, root cause analysis, demand analysis midterm and long term. 
• SAP Maintenance; parameters in SAP in according to internal policies and KPI tracking, monthly reporting for inventory control, supplier delivery performance. 
• Actively participate within the value stream and department teams. .

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred student pursuing career in Supply Chain Management
