Global Supply Chain Management - Project Manager
What You Will Be Doing
The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Material Program Management team supporting F35 sustainment acquisitions. The candidate will work closely with Acquisition Integrators, F-35 Procurement, and F-35 Program Office to ensure SCM inputs for Prime Proposal submittals and Execution of contract awards. The candidate will develop kick off presentations, monitor acquisition health, utilize metric tools to track and report progress, mitigate acquisition risks, and report to all levels of leadership up to the time of subcontract definitization. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis.

AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven Subcontract / Program Management experience
- Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing, in an environment with numerous internal customers
- Experience interfacing with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Advanced experience in Supply Chain Management
- Thinking "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks
- Negotiation Experience
- Vendor Management
- Sustainment Line of Business experience
- Process Improvement experience

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
