The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our projects by managing all supply chain activities, from sourcing materials to logistics and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's goals and project timelines.

• Source high-quality materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

• Manage inventory levels, including forecasting demand and minimizing excess.

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate timely deliveries and optimize resources.

• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices throughout the supply chain.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service.

• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovations that could enhance supply chain operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction or renovation sector.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.

• Proficient in supply chain software and tools, with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
