Key Responsibilities
- Demand Planning - Coordinate NA local and regional demand review process as part of Global S&OP process framework in alignment with local and regional functions and financial plans
- Continuously improve forecast quality in close alignment with countries
- Support countries in MRP master data governance
- Perform regular variance analysis (forecast/allocation vs. actual demand) and funnel findings back into demand planning process in order to gradually reduce maintenance effort
- Performance Management Improve supply chain performance indicators
Experience
- -5+ years of experience in supply chain management / logistics / planning / operations
- Various years of experience // education will be considered
Education
- Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations or equivalent
- Various years of experience // education will be considered
