Job Description:
The Supply Chain Planner will oversee the management of purchase orders, inventory, and vendor relationships. Working cross-functionally with teams in demand planning, transportation, and warehouse operations, the Planner will help ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and vendor relations to meet key performance targets such as service level and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with transportation and warehouse teams to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Regularly adjust replenishment system settings to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and manage the end-to-end tracking of purchase orders.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to overstock or at-risk inventory.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of supply chain experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Experience with ERP or purchasing systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- Soft Skills: Adaptability to various work styles, strong collaboration skills, a high sense of urgency, and analytical thinking.

- Reporting to: Manager or Senior Manager.
- Team Size: Large supply chain team
- Systems: Manhattan, Power BI, JDA, E3, and Excel.
- Training: 4 weeks of hands-on training with ongoing mentorship.
