About the Job
A Supply Chain Professional 3 supports for cross functional commodity meetings, preparing business cases, and reviewing plant impacts when there is a resource or new business. Alignment of cross functional teams. Demonstrate Accountability: project manage every task until completion.
Responsibilities:- Working with Procurement, Engineering, Packaging team, Supply Chain Industrial Engineers, and plants.
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to gather information and review any impacts/changes to the plant operations because of supplier resources and or product changes.
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 3 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
- At least 7 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

- Strong knowledge of Logistics and Transportation processes preferred.
- Experience conducting VSM and Kaizen sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
