Supply Chain Specialist - ECOLAB

This role is responsible for executing and sourcing manufacturing and logistics strategies to meet customer needs.

What You Will Do:

• Manage all non-inventoried plant purchases
• Manage contractor and CAR purchase orders through SAP and MyBuy
• Communicate sales order status and ship dates to internal customers
• Create Production job packets with the applicable documents; close Production Orders in SAP
• Manage cycle counting activities
• Track and process raw material RMAs
• Identify savings opportunities and track associated projects
• Active member of TPM program
• General filing and data input, perform first level data analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Plant location: Glenwood, IL
• Work week and shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Compensation: $26.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of previous administrative work experience
• Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control or related function
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business or related field
• SAP experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a team player
