Responsibilities:
* Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
* Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning to forecast and plan production needs.
* Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials required for production.
* Collaborate with various departments including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment of production plans.
* Anticipate and identify potential issues in the production process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
* Continually review and improve production planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new processes or systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Processes WO"s received from Customer Service team
* Supports fulfillment of orders
* Receives, keys, and processes orders and changes
* Receipt, keying, and processing of order
* Coordinates with other internal department to on schedule for product delivery commitments.
* May track inventory and received shipments.
* Coordinate activities and material availability towards customer requirements to meet commercial commitments on time.
* Operations Testing and Programing
* Performs routine sampling and analyses inventories, including control samples
* Prepares, operates, and/or maintains samples, and/or supplies managing related vendors
* May maintain analytical data and required statistical records
* Makes sure, all required materials are available and ready to be used, in order to deliver required products on time as per customers needs and agreed shipping dates
* Interacts with vendors and other teams, such as manufacturing, shipping, QA, etc. to make sure all activities are performed in alignment to schedule. (Included but not limited to Clean Room).
* Assists with orders and operations activities for other business lines as needed
* Assists with manufacturing outlines for other business lines as needed
* Maintaining required paperwork on file and updated
* Sends samples to third party labs when required and provide necessary info to in-house lab
* Additional tasks as necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years related experience
* Knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP systems, Adobe and Smart Sheet
* Strong background in Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales understanding, Inventory and Operations Planning, and Procurement.
* 5 years of experience in a similar role within the bio-tech industry.

Responsabilidades:
* Desarrollar, monitorear y ajustar programas de producci�n para satisfacer la demanda del cliente y optimizar los recursos.
* Utilizar la planificaci�n de requisitos de materiales (MRP) y la planificaci�n de ventas, inventario y operaciones para pronosticar y planificar las necesidades de producci�n.
* Coordinar con el equipo de adquisiciones para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de los materiales necesarios para la producci�n.
* Colaborar con varios departamentos, incluidos ventas, operaciones y log�stica, para garantizar la alineaci�n de los planes de producci�n.
* Anticipar e identificar problemas potenciales en el proceso de producci�n y desarrollar planes de contingencia para mitigarlos.
* Revisar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de planificaci�n de producci�n para aumentar la eficiencia y la precisi�n.
* Participa en equipos multifuncionales para implementar nuevos procesos o sistemas y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.
* Procesa las OT recibidas del equipo de Atenci�n al Cliente.
* Soporta el cumplimiento de pedidos.
* Recibe, claves y procesa pedidos y cambios.
* Recepci�n, codificaci�n y procesamiento del pedido.
* Coordina con otro departamento interno a tiempo para los compromisos de entrega de productos.
* Puede realizar un seguimiento del inventario y los env�os recibidos.
* Coordinar actividades y disponibilidad de materiales hacia los requerimientos del cliente para cumplir a tiempo con los compromisos comerciales.
* Pruebas y Programaci�n de Operaciones
* Realiza muestreos de rutina y analiza inventarios, incluidas muestras de control.
* Prepara, opera y/o mantiene muestras y/o suministros gestionando proveedores relacionados.
* Puede mantener datos anal�ticos y registros estad�sticos requeridos.
* Se asegura de que todos los materiales requeridos est�n disponibles y listos para ser utilizados, a fin de entregar los productos requeridos a tiempo seg�n las necesidades del cliente y las fechas de env�o acordadas.
* Interact�a con proveedores y otros equipos, como fabricaci�n, env�o, control de calidad, etc. para garantizar que todas las actividades se realicen de acuerdo con el cronograma. (Incluido pero no limitado a Sala Limpia).
* Ayuda con pedidos y actividades operativas para otras l�neas de negocio seg�n sea necesario.

Requisitos:
* Licenciatura
* 2+ a�os de experiencia relacionada
* Conocimiento de MS Office Suite, sistemas ERP, Adobe y Smart Sheet.
* S�lida experiencia en planificaci�n de requisitos de materiales (MRP), comprensi�n de ventas, planificaci�n de operaciones e inventario y adquisiciones.
* 5 a�os de experiencia en un rol similar dentro de la industria biotecnol�gica.
