What you will do to contribute to the company's success:
- Leads the supply chain efforts with the operations department, engineering department, technology department, construction department, and financial department in support of supply requirements, develop and implement standard operations procedures, and ensure execution of the operational goals in sync with the Procurement Department and partners. Synchronized and execute the ERP integration for the Inventory Division, manage 3PL, oversight of the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), Oversight of the warehouse eco-systems, manage the reserve for the inventory, and develop standard operations procedures to support the strategic execution of the company goals.
- Guides the supply team through execution of standard Logistics duties, including:
- Ensuring the timely flow of goods and materials into the company,
- Coordinating efficient product movement with inventory, warehousing and other Supply Chain teams / allied teams,
- Interfacing with program, project, and other business users to manage and analyze return and repair issues,
- Performing Logistics analyses and preparation of internal and customer reports,
- Ensuring appropriate inventory levels and accurate inventory counts.
- Direct transfer of material and resources to the demand locations
- Played a successful key role in three ERP Conversions
- Negotiated and implemented multiple 3PL, Logistics, and Repair contracts
- Created and implemented multiple internal processes for CPE, Inventory Management, Reverse Logistics, etc.
- Created multiple processes to standardized warehouse operations in coordination with corporate requirements, rules, and audit compliance.
- Managed distribution, location, deployment, decommission, and disposal of over 2M CPE devices.
- Managed to reduce annual CPE losses from >10% to
- Monitors and advice team performance and provides on-the-job and formal developmental opportunities.
- Communicates effectively in writing as well as verbally with multiple levels of the company.

Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience
- BS / BA Degree
- Possession of one of the following:
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain
- Management (CPSM)
- Certified Professional in contract
- Management (CPCM)
