About the Job
This position performs basic Supply Chain functions. Primary focus on taking orders for supplies and delivering them as requested. Uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to properly issue and release products. Picks items to be delivered and organizes them neatly on carts for delivery.
Scheduled Hours/Shift: 7a – 3:30p, every other weekend, occasional evenings

Responsibilities:Picking Supplies/Equipment
· Responsible for the intake of orders.
· Responsible for accurately and efficiently completing order.
· Properly collects and returns appropriate items to Central Supply.
· Responsible for cleaning and preparing equipment for delivery.
Deliver Supplies
· Safely transports supplies and equipment throughout the facility
· Responsible for the proper placement of supplies accurately and efficiently
· Keeps PAR clean and orderly
· Responsible for identifying product shortages and overages.
Customer Service
· Responsible for communicating to leadership issues and relays information.
· Notifies Inventory Controller of stock outs.
· Provide front line solutioning to assist customers with any supply need and escalating to
management as needed
Qualifications:Education:
High School Degree or equivalent College courses
Experience:
2+ Healthcare or inventory experience
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
