Job Summary:
The Support Center Associate (SCA) role supports local Tradesmen offices by handling certain administrative functions on their behalf. The SCA role is integral to the company’s relationships with both clients and craft professionals, as well as internal employees. You will provide solutions to the offices that you support including handling incoming calls, portions of the payroll and invoicing process, client profile management, general customer service, and other initiatives. In addition, you would be part of a team that embraces game-changing challenges, has fun, and is a part of our winning culture.
**This is a fully remote, part-time role (20-25 hours per week) available to candidates who reside in Eastern Time. Please note, this position is not benefit-eligible.**
Job Requirements: Prior administrative assistant, receptionist and/or call center experience preferred.
- Employee Support – Develop relationships and assist employees with questions, profile and paperwork updates, and by creating a world-class employee experience.
- Client Support – Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication. Ensure accurate and complete record keeping of the client profile including necessary documentation, paperwork, and certifications.
- Field Office Support – Create a positive client experience for our offices, drive communication through updates, reporting, and check-ins on results.

- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Exceptional work-ethic, personal drive, and passion for fast-paced, variable work environment.
- Good computer skills are necessary, with experience in standard office programs such as Word and Excel.
