Support Engineer III - ManpowerGroup

Our client, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Current Certification in IPC Soldering standards including 7711/7721/ J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Support Engineer (6-Month to 1-Year Contract)** **Location: Redmond, WA** **Pay Range: $35.00 Hourly** **What's the Job?** - Follow ESD safe protocols and safe handling techniques when handling sensitive assemblies. - Perform Circuit Board inspection, circuit rework/modification, cable harness, fabrication, electronic box assembly, and electrical signal measurement. - Assemble F/A First Article Electronic test racks, Test fixtures, and associated wiring. - Perform First Article conformal coat/staking inspections and document deviations. - Review pre-release work instructions and make the recommendations for improved work definition. **What's Needed?** - Current or recent expired certification in IPC Soldering standards 7711/7721, J-STD, J-STD for Space mandatory - 5+ years experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for Aerospace. - Experience in PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and reading schematics. - Experience in common electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc.) - Experience supporting the development of Space Based systems and experience in aerospace manufacturing If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
