About the Role
We're looking for a Support Engineer to provide critical assistance to our clients in the APAC region. This remote position requires daily coverage, including weekend shifts, to ensure our customers receive timely and effective support.
Vast.ai users or hosts preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our GPU rental platform
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex technical problems
- Maintain and update support documentation
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

To be successful as a Support Engineer, you should have a strong understanding of Linux, running AI workloads and general problem solving ability.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with experience in cloud computing, GPU technologies, or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other APAC languages is a plus
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with AI, Vast.ai and machine learning concepts
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Benefits
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7PM PST - 3AM PST
- Weekend Shift: Saturday, Sunday
- Fully remote in APAC time zone
- 2 positions open - one for weekend support and another for daily APAC region support

- Pay: $20.00-$30/hour.
