Job Title : Support Engineer (STB)
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Rate : $50/hr on W2
Interview Process : Phone followed by a F2F
US Citizen, Green Card only
Scope:
This is a Support Engineer for Web RTC Systems. Need someone who can support integration efforts between STB, Mobile and RTC infrastructure. Triaging trouble tickets and problems that are reported in the field through internal test community as well as broader customer base. Useful tech experience in this role would include: Splunk & constructing Splunk queries is desirable as well as RTC. This experience is not absolutely required. What is more important is someone who has functioned in this role, triaged tickets, investigated, handled root causes analysis and documentation
