Roles & Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of McAfee Antivirus and Bit locker encryption, iOS devices, O365
• Design and develop the framework of technological systems, then consult with the client on them.
• Windows 11, Windows 10 Image deployment Support, Migration, maintenance, Active directory, Group Policy, Backup and restoration, Networking and PC support, printer and iPhone support
• Experience in PC (Desktop / Laptop) troubleshooting and general IT Support in an Enterprise environment.
• Experience in supporting Window 10 client environment, MS Outlook, office 365.
• Knowledge of McAfee Antivirus and Bit locker encryption.
• Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Pleasant personality & positive attitude
• Effective end user communication
• Analytical skills & customer oriented.
• Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PC/printers support & maintenance.
• Backup jobs and restoration knowledge
• Network troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PC/printers support & maintenance.
