Job Description-
Role name: Support Executive
Role Description: ? You have at least 5 years? experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator ? You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)? You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving ? You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI) ? You?re a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities ? You ideally have a Bachelor?s or Associate?s degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences ? or relevant work experience in a related field
Competencies: Digital : Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity And Access Management, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers
Experience (Years): 6-8
