Partnership of SCPMG
Transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG is eligible after three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six consecutive years of part-time employment). Increased benefits (e.g., compensation, retirement, life insurance) and voting rights on organizational decisions will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a board certified or eligible plastic surgeon with a hand surgery fellowship. Interest and aptitude in complex reconstructive practice with a focus on upper extremity, brachial plexus, and peripheral nerve reconstruction, encompassing the reconstruction of the whole body. General plastics practice will be a portion of the position, and general plastics call coverage is necessary.
