The Surgery Nurse RN Manager manages a strong team of Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. In this comprehensive role, the Operating Room Nursing Manager is responsible for Budgetary Stability, Hiring and Firing of staff, ensuring Regulatory Compliance, and leading Infection Prevention efforts.
