- Practice type : Outpatient Vascular Surgery Clinic
- Trauma Level : Level II Trauma
- Shift hours : 9a-4p
- Schedule : AT LEAST 2 weeks per month of Monday-Thursday
- Staff on Shift : 3 MDs, 8 APPs, and 4 CVOR Anesthesiologists
- Types of Cases : 100% adult
- EMR : EPIC
- Required Certifications/Cred Items : must have ACLS, DEA, and CSR
- Additional Info: Providers will need be first assisting and helping run the consult service
