Let's talk about our culture. Our leadership team is responsible for creating a culture that embraces MVP's core values. Our team embraces continual improvement of patient care and provide the best to our support staff and doctors.
At the core of our work is our values. These include Doing the right thing when no one is watching, Teamwork (Together Everyone Achieves More), Accountability - Do what you say and say what you do, Continuous Improvement and Service - every interaction matters.
We recently grew our technology to include Scribe Note. Scribe Note is the new artificially intelligent technology that records conversations with clients and turns it into veterinary medical documentation with just one click. It saves our veterinary professionals lots of time on charting. That's a win for everyone!
As doctors converse with clients about their pet and verbalize their history and examination, Scribe Note captures pertinent details and creates a remarkably accurate transcribed note. The transcribed note can be edited and then copied into the hospital’s practice management system.
We have added in our own elements of fun and eclectic flair. We have created an environment for collaboration, we have creative and engaging team building events (such as participating in the DC Pride Parade, outings after work and even litter pick up in the community is a fun experience with this team!) and more. You can expect to laugh and joke, a lot!
We like to feature local artists on the décor of our walls as well as fun musical artist posters from our local music scene. We are proud of our surrounding community and love to submerse ourselves within it.
