Surgical Services Director – RN Required

Southern California

We are seeking a highly qualified Surgical Services Director to oversee a dynamic team and manage the daily operations of Operating Room (5+ ORs), PACU, Sterile Processing, PreOP, Cath Lab, and GI.

This position reports to the CNO and will lead a team of 4 direct reports and manage 75 FTEs.

Initiatives Include:

Survey Readiness

Increased Surgical Volumes

Requirements:

• RN required, BSN highly preferred.  
• 3+ years of leadership experience within Surgical Services required.
• CNOR required.
• CA RN License highly preferred.
