Accountabilities / Responsibilities:We are actively hiring for a Non-Certified Surgical Technologist. Experienced Full-Time surgical technologist needed for a busy operating room at a multi-specialty surgery center.
Non-Certified Surgical Technologist Responsibilities:
- Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
- Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport them to the decontamination areas.
- Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative or other invasive procedure room and preparation of room for subsequent patients.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Non-Certified Surgical Technologist Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certification
- Completion of Surgical Technologist course
- Two years previous operating room experience
- ASC experience preferred
- ORT certification preferred
