Salary Range: $80K - $110K+ Permanent Position with Benefits.

An Engineering Consulting Firm is seeking to hire aProject Surveyor / Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science or Associates of Science in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree desired.
- Registered Surveyor (PS) is required.
- Experience with RTK GPS, Robotics total station, laser scanner, Trimble Access Data Collectors and Trimble Business Center.
- Must have experience working on ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Will be responsible for directly interacting with clientele.
- Prefer someone with a 7 to 10 years of surveying experience.
- Candidates must have above average communications skills, be highly organized and strong time management skills.
- Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D (3-D), Carlson Survey and MS Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule survey work and prepare for field work.
- Develop scope of work and fee estimates.
- Administer all surveying projects.
- Develop survey legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivision, or easements.
- Prepare computations for construction layout and subdivisions.
- Calculate roadway right-of-way and property lines.
- QA/QC field data, import, analyze and adjust survey field data.
- Develop budgets and proposals for clients.
- Prepare project budgets and schedules to the team.
- Courthouse records research.
