Land Surveying company specializing in all types of geotechnical services. Some of the services that we provide are:
- Condo Conversions - floor plans in a day if needed, site plan in conformance to MGL 250 CMR
- Mortgage Inspection Plans
- Certified Plot Plans
- Subdivisions, ALTA Surveys, Flood Certifications/LOMA, and all other surveying needs.
We work hand in hand with Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Achitects, Attorneys, and Fence Companies to provide you with all aspects of your site development needs whether Residential or Commercial.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-12 years of surveying experience
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting and design for civil engineering, surveying projects
