- Handling and preparation of raw fish in the appropriate manner
- Prepares Sushi Rice in perfect form and consistency
- Ensures adherence to highest quality of food preparation and hygiene standards
- Manages the storage of fruits and vegetables, and meats such as Crab, Eel, Salmon and Tuna
- Restocking of ingredients and monitoring inventory of supplies
