Position Overview
Based in our Glenview, IL or Orlando, FL office, and as the Senior Executive Officer, you will oversee all business and operations activities involving our partnership with the Royal Bank of Canada and serve as CEO of Regal Advisory Services. Your role will be crucial in guiding the strategic direction of Regal Securities, ensuring our relevance in a competitive market while achieving our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan that drives revenue, profitability, and organizational growth.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization and work collaboratively with the Board to define Regal’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
• Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality service, and effective resource management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set ambitious but attainable short and long-term objectives.
• Identify and pursue acquisition and merger opportunities to enhance our market position.
• Foster a high-performance culture that engages and motivates team members.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines to uphold our ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Required FINRA 7, 24, 65/66 licenses and Life & Health licenses.
• Proven track record in the financial services industry with strong knowledge of securities and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a commitment to results, business acumen, and the ability to lead change.
• A collaborative approach, with experience in fostering high-performing teams and promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
