As the PLC Engineer, your'e responsible for all policies, practices and programs related to the operation, upkeep, and upgrades to the machines 

Selected Criteria for the job:  

• Diagnose and correct any mechanical reasons for system failures in a quick manner.  

• Seek ways to improve efficiency, via upgrades and modifications to the equipment as well as documentation of the process and full staff training.  

• Manage all Vendor Relationships and Documentation 

• Maintain a spare parts inventory,validatingits data daily to account for loss. 

• Work with cross-functional team members to ensure the most robust list of ideas 

• Utilize Lean Manufacturing Models to ensure efficiency is continually being increased.  

• Design and oversea the fabrication of custom equipment or pieces.
