Summary of position:

We are seeking an experienced SYSMAN Senior Engineer

provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN). You will review, analyze and Tier III support for patches and updates, to include testing the baseline in the Integrated Test Environment (ITE) prior to release. You will also develop Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) with the directions to apply patches, upgrades and security configurations and/or updates to the baseline system in the ITE for testing IAW with the STIGs. We are looking to hire full-time SYSMAN SMEs to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Full suite of SYSMAN tools and NetOps tools, procedures, and operational constructs
• SYSMAN technologies that cross all network tiers, hardware and storage configuration, Army Information Assurance environment, and configuration management. Skills and experience in SYSMAN related IT, supporting Theater and NEC tiers, as well as configuration management skills.
• Expertise in industry database issues and trends related to the SYSMAN NetOps functional area.
• Design, build and maintenance of physical and virtual IT environments.
• SYSMAN Software Delivery Service and IAVM Packaging; SCCM 2012 or latest version and SCUP 2011 or latest version, Software Delivery, Packaging, Operating System Deployment, Patch Management, Reporting, MAC Operating technologies, Various Firmware, MSI, SMS Installer, Virtual Basic (VB) Scripting, Batch Programming, Command Line, PowerShell, Basic Networking Concepts, Remote Tools, Advanced TCP/IP functions (WINS, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of commonly used application installation packaging tools and processes.
• Integrate, package and install various application installation (.exe, .bat, .msi) into a standard process
• Windows Server 2010 or latest version System Administrator experience; Active Directory; System Center 2012 Suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCOrch, SCVMM, SCDPM, SCSM) or latest version; SCUP 2011 or latest version; Intermediate Network Management; Basic Red Hat and MAC OS Knowledge; Microsoft/VMware Virtualization
• Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
• Participates in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

• DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT Level III Certification
• Computing Environment Certification, MCSA
• Clearance: Secret
• 2 - 5 years of experience in information technology field
