As a System Administrator II, you will manage the organization's IT assets, including hardware, software, and network resources. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with licensing, supporting procurement, and optimizing asset utilization. You will also assist with ITSM processes, change management, and other operational activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with licensing, supporting procurement, and optimizing asset utilization. You will also assist with ITSM processes, change management, and other operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of hardware/software assets and ensure compliance with IT Asset Management controls.
- Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware/software models from introduction to retirement.
- Generate compliance reports and perform trend analyses on assets and Configuration Items (CIs).
- Audit software license contracts and hardware assets against inventory.
- Establish and maintain asset management procedures.
- Assist with IT vending machine inventory, employee onboarding/offboarding, and monitor service request queues.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- ITIL Service Management or IT Asset Management (IAITAM) certification preferred.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform moderately heavy lifting (computers, monitors, printers, etc.).
- Proficiency in collaboration tools for effective communication with teams and customers.
