About the Job
Semper Home Loans, a leading mortgage lender based in Rhode Island, is looking for a skilled Full-Time System Administrator to help manage and maintain our network and administrative technology systems. In this role, you'll support the integration of new technologies and ensure smooth operation of both wired and wireless network infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CIO, you’ll work closely with a team of System Administrators to provide top-notch service and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain network servers (Microsoft Server), network systems (Active Directory – Azure Hybrid), network security (Ubiquiti Stack), and network clients (Windows, Mac).
- Manage, monitor, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Plan and perform upgrades or repairs on desktops, laptops, servers, and network hardware.
- Notify users of any planned outages or service interruptions.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on network, phone, and computer systems.
- Respond to Help Desk trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
- Experience with Encompass360 Loan Origination System is a plus.
- Proficiency with Office365 Enterprise is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor are essential for success in this role.
