Job Description -
- Triage production issues, execute batch jobs, monitor the application and the scheduled jobs.
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver critical outcomes.
- Expert-level knowledge of Epic Clarity and Caboodle models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
