As a System Analyst, you will provide technical support for Custom Off the Shelf (COTS) packages for the Management and Budget division of Client. This role involves performing system administrator tasks, including installing and configuring systems and application components on Windows and Linux environments. You will gather and document requirements, research options, analyze, and recommend solutions for application changes and new projects. Ensuring application and infrastructure security per Federal, State, and industry standards is essential. Heavy collaboration with vendors, customers, and technical teams will be required to execute projects and changes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements, and present options for ongoing application changes
- Ensure application and infrastructure security according to standards and best practices
- Maintain various COTS applications and assist in configuring changes for some SaaS products
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to understand and implement project requirements
- Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues using debug tools and other technologies
- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration (2016 and later)
- 5+ years of experience with RHEL 7.0 and above
- 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in Tomcat, IIS, and MS SQL Management Studio
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar debug tools
- Knowledge of XML and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Visio for project management and documentation
- Understanding of SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, architecture, firewalls, and IoT technologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with system monitoring and vulnerability remediation
