About the Job
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for software systems, ensuring data integrity, and aligning system functionalities with business processes. The role includes direct user support, managing support tickets, creating training materials, programming system rules, and handling API updates. Expertise in Sage Intacct, SQL, and API integrations is crucial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
User Support: Work directly with users to resolve software system issues and provide general support.
Ticket Management: Utilize a ticket system to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
Training Materials: Create and maintain system training materials, including videos and process documents.
Data Integrity: Program system rules to ensure data integrity is maintained and aligned with business processes.
API Management: Make API updates and requests using tools such as Zapier and Postman.
Sage Intacct Utilization: Leverage experience in Sage Intacct for:
Custom Reports
ICRW Reports
Word-Merge report customization
Smart Rule & Triggers (Automations)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Advanced report writing using SQL queries.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
Advanced Word-Merge experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage.
Strong API integration knowledge.
Financial Knowledge:
Basic financial and accounting knowledge.
Communication Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and clients.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is required.
Higher education certification in software development is preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience with Sage Intacct, SQL, and API integrations is preferred.
