- FACETS, PEGA, MACESS - Claim Operations and Claim Platform functionality.
- Ability to problem solve and challenge solutions to ensure we are optimizing the systems and minimizing risk to the claim operation.
- Knowledge of claim processing in the GBD space required, business rules for claim processing to generate accurate processing results.
- Will be collaborating with a team to ensure solutions meet requirements in the optimal way for accuracy and efficiency
